The Role

As a Business Development & Land Graduate, you will play a key role in identifying and securing new sites for renewable energy projects. This comprehensive training programme will equip you with the skills and knowledge required to support land acquisition, stakeholder engagement, and project development. 


Key Responsibilities

Land acquisition: Assist in identifying, negotiating, and securing land for renewable energy projects (solar, wind, and battery storage).

Stakeholder engagement: Collaborate with landowners, local authorities, and communities to promote project development.

Business development: Support the team in identifying new opportunities for growth and expansion within the UK market.

Project coordination: Work alongside project managers and technical teams to assist in the planning and development stages of renewable projects

Market research: Analyse market trends, government policies, and emerging technologies in the renewable energy sector.


What we’re looking for:

  • A recent graduate (or soon-to-be graduate) with a degree in land management, real estate, environmental science, geography, business or a related field..
  • A strong passion for renewable energy and sustainability.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical thinking and the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • A UK driving licence and willingness to travel to project sites across the UK.
