OnPath Energy is currently building Mill Rig Wind Farm, near Darvel, South Lanarkshire
The six turbine site will have an installed capacity of up to 33.4MW, generating enough green electricity to power over 45,000 homes each year.

Project update
Civil engineering work started earlier this spring, with Glasgow-headquartered RJ McLeod delivering the balance of plant contract, covering all civil engineering work including cabling and off-site highway construction. RJM has completed the access track works, six hard stands, six foundations, construction of the control building and cabling works, helping to maintain the delivery programme.
Delivery and installation of six 200m N163/5.X turbines managed by leading global manufacturer Nordex has now begun and will be followed by the commissioning, energisation and connection to The National Grid later in the year.
