The OnPath Energy Graduate Development Programme is an innovative programme designed to provide recent graduates with a comprehensive platform to kick-start their professional journey and thrive in their respective fields.
Spanning 24 months, the programme offers a blend of structured training, hands-on experience, and mentorship opportunities. Graduates rotate through various departments within the organisation, gaining invaluable insights into different facets of our business while honing their skills and discovering their passion. Participants also explore diverse roles and projects within our business, empowering them to make informed decisions about their career trajectory.
