Planned Mansfield Road improvements

Both Lethans and Lethans East have permission to use Mansfied Road as the main point of access. However, after listening to the views of the local community we are looking at other potential routes to site.

While our team continue to explore the alternative routes suggested by local people, we must continue to complete the permanent upgrades on Mansfield Road this spring.

These upgrades are scheduled to be completed between the 9th March and 1st May 2026. If using a different route is not possible then these upgrades are essential to ensure safe and efficient access for construction traffic and lessen the disruption to residents.

If we are successful in finding a new suitable alternative route to site, a new planning application will be required to secure formal consent.
