Planned maintenance works at Pates Hill Wind Farm

We are planning to undertake essential maintenance works at Pates Hill Wind Farm from 21 September until approximately mid-October, subject to change.

While the activities on site are expected to take only a short period to complete, visitors may notice increased activity around the wind farm, including the movement of construction vehicles, operation of heavy plant and temporary excavation works.

We understand that Pates Hill Wind Farm is regularly visited by residents, dog walkers and people enjoying access to the countryside. We are committed to helping ensure public safety throughout the works and will implement measures to separate pedestrian and vehicle movements wherever possible, including dedicated pedestrian routes and clearly marked access arrangements.

We kindly ask during the works, please:

• Follow all temporary signage and site instructions.
• Keep to designated footpaths and pedestrian routes.
• Keep dogs under close control at all times.
• Be aware of moving vehicles and heavy machinery.
• Avoid entering fenced-off or clearly signed work areas.

Thank you for helping us ensure the safety of everyone using the site while these works are completed. We appreciate your patience and cooperation while these important maintenance works are carried out.

Further updates, including confirmation of the start date, will be published on this page once available.

*Please note that dates are subject to change and will be confirmed once arrangements have been finalised.
