This has now been fully spent within the local community. &nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The second stream is a \u00a315,000 annual community benefits fund for traditional grant giving, directed by a local community panel.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The third stream, which is also \u00a315,000 annually, is intended be used to support training and educational needs for people within the eligible areas and is accessed in the same way as the other annual fund .&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>To ensure the funding is channeled to causes and activities important to the local communities, the fund is managed by a community fund committee made up of members from the local parish councils as well as the district and county councillors.<br><br>The committee agrees how and where grants are awarded based on a
