We are a leading renewable energy development company, committed to delivering sustainable onshore wind, solar, and energy storage projects across the UK. As we expand our operations, we are looking for ambitious graduates to support the construction and technical delivery of our green energy projects.


The Role

Based out of our Head Office near Sunderland, as a Project Management Graduate, you will be at the heart of delivering renewable energy projects from concept to completion. This two-year development programme will provide you with hands-on experience across different stages of project management, including planning, execution, and delivery.


Key Responsibilities

Project planning: Support the development and structuring of project timelines, resources, and budgets for renewable energy projects.

Reporting & documentation: Monitor project progress and contribute to regular reports, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Coordination & communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business development, land, planning, technical and construction teams, to ensure project milestones are met.

Risk management: Assist in identifying and mitigating potential risks to project success, including environmental, financial, and regulatory challenges.

Stakeholder engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including local authorities, landowners, and communities to ensure smooth project progression.


What we’re looking for:

  • A recent graduate (or soon-to-be graduate) with a degree in project management, engineering, environmental science, business, or a related discipline.
  • A strong passion for renewable energy and sustainability.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively across different departments.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and an ability to adapt in a dynamic environment
  • A UK driving licence and willingness to travel to project sites across the UK.
